Job summary

IPG is seeking a Benefits Manager to lead the daily administration of comprehensive benefit programs across the United States, Union environments, and Canada from our Sarasota, FL location. You will supervise the benefits team, manage escalated inquiries, coordinate with vendors, and drive Dayforce-based processes and open enrollment.

You will ensure plan compliance, enrollment accuracy, and financial integrity while collaborating with HR partners to optimize the benefits roadmap and vendor

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred.
• 5–7+ years of experience in benefits administration (US or Canada; union experience a plus).
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Solid knowledge of benefits regulations and plan administration processes.
• Proficiency in HRIS systems; Dayforce experience preferred.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of all benefit programs, including health, dental, vision, disability, life, retirement, and ancillary plans.
• Oversee billing reconciliation for all benefit plans and ensure timely submission of funding files.
• Lead Dayforce configuration and testing for benefits; ensure enrollment rules and deductions are correct.
• Coordinate annual open enrollment and vendor communications; support renewal processes.
• Provide second-level escalation for benefit inquiries and ensure compliant administration.
• Partner with vendors and internal teams to optimize benefits programs and roadmap.
