The Benefits Manager would oversee the administration, strategy, compliance, and communication of employee benefit programs within a healthcare system. Their role ensures that the benefits offered are competitive, cost-effective, and aligned with organizational goals, while also supporting employee well-being and satisfaction.

• FMLA
• Monitor plan utilization, costs, and ROI
• Analyze trends and prepare reports for HR and executive leadership
• Ensure adherence to federal and state regulations (e.g., ERISA, ACA, HIPAA, COBRA)
• Manage required reporting (e.g., 1095-C, Form 5500)
• Maintain plan documents, SPDs, and compliance audits
