Job summary

Reece USA in the Dallas area (Addison, TX) seeks a Benefits & Leave Specialist to administer our health and welfare programs and leave processes. You will partner with Voya, People Experience, Payroll, and managers to deliver compliant, employee-centered service.

The role requires coordinating complex leave cases, ensuring timely guidance, responding to inquiries, and supporting Open Enrollment. We value collaboration, discretion, and a focus on improving processes and the employee experience.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of progressive experience administering leave of absence programs, including ownership of the full lifecycle from intake through return to work.
• Experience managing health and welfare benefits with strong customer service and regulatory compliance.
• Knowledge of FMLA, ADA, PWFA, COBRA, HIPAA, USERRA and state leave regulations.

Responsibilities

• Lead leave administration including eligibility, notices, medical certifications, extensions, return-to-work planning and closure.
• Manage benefits inquiries, enrollment, life events, plan provisions and claims escalation.
• Provide guidance to employees and managers on eligibility, pay impacts, and return-to-work expectations.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations and maintain accurate records.
