Job summary

Reece & Fortiline is seeking a Benefits & Leave Specialist to administer health and welfare benefits and manage complex leave cases from intake through return to work. You will work with Voya, People Experience Business Partners, Payroll, and managers to ensure compliance and a compassionate employee experience.

The role supports annual Open Enrollment, life event changes, and benefits education for new hires, while maintaining accurate records in Workday and upholding confidentiality and policy

Qualifications

• Knowledge of FMLA, ADA, PWFA, COBRA, HIPAA and related regulations.
• Experience using HRIS such as Workday or equivalent.
• Ability to navigate complex regulatory guidance and translate to practice.

Responsibilities

• Lead and administer leave of absence programs and workplace accommodations from intake to return to work.
• Coordinate with third‑party leave administrator (Voya) for accurate processing.
• Administer day‑to‑day health and welfare benefits including life events and enrollment changes.
• Support Open Enrollment planning, testing, communication, and education.
• Provide expert guidance to employees and managers on benefits, leave, and return‑to‑work expectations.
