Job summary

Catamount Constructors, Inc. is seeking a Benefits Manager to design and run our total rewards programs for employee-owners. You will lead benefits administration, leave management, retirement plans, compliance reporting, and comms—collaborating with Finance and the People Team to stay compliant and financially responsible.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, business, finance, or related field.
• 5+ years in total rewards, benefits, compensation, or HR.
• Knowledge of ERISA, ACA, COBRA, HIPAA, FMLA, ADA, and related laws.
• Experience in retirement plans, leave programs, and vendor relationships.
• Certifications preferred (CEBS, SHRM-CP/SCP, PHR/SPHR).

Responsibilities

• Design, administer, and improve total rewards programs.
• Lead benefits administration and enrollment.
• Manage leave programs and workers' compensation coordination.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and governance.
• Collaborate with Finance and People Team.
