Everett and Associates is seeking motivated benefits sales representatives to join our team in the local market. You'll work directly with individuals, families, and businesses to assess needs and offer insurance and benefits solutions to protect financial futures.

No previous sales experience is required, as we provide comprehensive training. This is a commission-only role with uncapped earning potential and opportunities for professional growth; licensing is required to sell certain products.

Qualifications

• No prior sales experience required; training provided.
• Licensing to sell applicable insurance products required.
• Excellent relationship-building and client consultation skills.
• Willingness to obtain state licensing.

Responsibilities
