Cambridge Public Schools seeks a Benefits & HRIS Analyst to manage HRIS systems and employee benefits programs. This full-time role includes data administration, compliance support, and collaboration with various departments. Applicants should hold a Bachelor's degree and possess strong analytical skills, particularly in HRIS software.
The Benefits & HRIS Analyst supports the day-to-day administration of HRIS systems and employee benefits programs. The Analyst maintains data accuracy, performs audits and reconciliations, and supports compliance and reporting. This role works across multiple systems including PeopleSoft, Red Rover, Droplet, TeachPoint, and PowerSchool’s TalentEd Applicant Tracking System and Records. The Analyst is also responsible for supporting tuition reimbursement, Master's Plus credits, and service agreements.

Terms of Employment : This is a full-time exempt position. Occasional evening and weekend work may be required to fulfill the responsibilities of the role. As an exempt employee, this position is not eligible for overtime compensation under the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA).
Compensation : Salary is commensurate with experience.
