Job summary

Qualifications

• Any combination of progressively responsible related clerical office experience, related undergraduate education, and/or post high school clerical training that is the equivalent to four years of full-time employment.
• Knowledge of employee benefits, including insurance and retirement plans, and the ability to explain key benefit concepts preferred.

Responsibilities

• Data entry, report generation, and online transactions related to workers’ compensation, leave management and other benefit plans.
• Respond to benefit inquiries and provide referrals to online resources.
• Maintain procedural documentation and ensure deadlines are met.
• Provide technical support to users and analyze data requests.
