Job summary

Wesley Commons in Greenwood, SC is seeking a compassionate HR Generalist with a strong focus on benefits administration to support employees throughout the employment lifecycle at our Continuing Care Retirement Community.

This role administers benefits programs, guides enrollment, ensures compliance, and partners with managers to deliver timely, confidential HR services in a fast-paced, service-oriented environment.

Qualifications

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in HR, business administration, or related field preferred; or 2–5 years HR experience with benefits responsibilities.
• Experience administering employee benefits and knowledge of related regulations.
• Experience with HRIS and payroll systems.

Responsibilities

• Administer health, dental, vision, life, disability, retirement and other benefit programs.
• Guide employees through benefits enrollment and life events.
• Coordinate benefits with carriers, brokers, vendors, payroll and HR leadership.
• Maintain accurate employee and benefits data in HRIS and related systems.
• Support onboarding and communicate benefits information to new hires.
• Assist with leave administration, changes, terminations, and lifecycle processes.
• Assist with compliance, audits, notices, and reporting.
