Qualifications

• 2–6 years of experience in employee benefits or executive compensation practice.
• Licensed to practice law in the relevant state with good standing.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Ability to review, analyze, and apply complex regulations.

Responsibilities

• Draft plan documents and related materials.
• Assist with corrections and support vendor negotiations.
• Support due diligence and disclosure schedules for transactions.
• Prepare and review fiduciary committee materials.
• Analyze client questions and draft clear responses.
• Collaborate with client teams and interface with clients regularly.
