Job summary

Cobalt Benefits Group is seeking an Eligibility Benefits Representative to join our team in NH. You will process enrollments for plan participants and assist clients, members, and vendors with inquiries in a fast-paced environment.

Reporting to the Eligibility Manager, you will need strong communication skills and attention to detail. This full-time role offers comprehensive benefits after a waiting period and opportunities to grow within a leading self-funded benefits administrator.

Qualifications

• Customer-focused experience required.
• Familiarity with medical terminology desired.
• Strong communication and organization skills.
• Ability to multi-task and collaborate with multiple groups.

Responsibilities

• Assist external and internal customers with enrollment-related inquiries.
• Support internal teams with New Group Implementation.
• Gather and organize documents for audits.
• Review and process enrollment questions and appeals per plan guidelines.
• Provide excellent client services when communicating with members and vendors.
• Process coordination of benefits, dependent max age, and open enrollment.
• File, record, and submit electronic and paper records.
• Support the organization’s vision and special projects.
