Creative Financial Staffing, LLC in Orlando, FL, is seeking a Benefits & Employee Relations Specialist to own benefits administration and employee relations for 300+ employees. This onsite role reports to executive leadership and focuses on open enrollment, HRIS data management in ADP, and accurate HR reporting.

You will collaborate with leadership to enhance HR processes, ensure compliance, and support workers’ compensation, leave administration, onboarding, and terminations.

Formación

• 3–5+ years of progressive HR Generalist experience.
• Experience with benefits administration and employee relations.

• Manage day-to-day HR activities for a workforce of 300+ employees.
• Administer employee benefits and coordinate annual open enrollment.
• Handle employee relations matters, investigations, and policy guidance.
• Support workers’ compensation, leave administration, onboarding, and terminations.
• Maintain employee records, HRIS data, and HR reporting within ADP and Excel.
• Partner with executive leadership on employee matters, compliance, and HR initiatives.

Benefits & Employee Relations Specialist

Salary: $70,000 – $90,000+

Location: Orlando, FL | Fully Onsite

Must be local to the Greater Orlando area.

Key Responsibilities for the Benefits & Employee Relations Specialist:

Qualifications for the HR Generalist:

• 3–5+ years of progressive HR Generalist experience
• Strong experience with benefits administration and employee relations
• Experience supporting workers’ compensation, leave administration, onboarding, and HR compliance
• ADP experience preferred, along with strong Excel skills
• Manufacturing, light industrial, or similar workforce experience strongly preferred
• Must be able to work 100% onsite in Orlando, FL and be local to the Greater Orlando area
