Role requires friendly, proactive service and the ability to resolve issues and assist across departments as needed. Weekend shifts may apply, with training provided.

Qualifications

• Self-Checkout duties as needed.
• Customer care duties including returns and answering the phone as needed.
• Assist other departments and with customer carryout.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers on entry and exit and at checkout.
• Scan items and ensure pricing accuracy.
• Process coupons and rewards sign-ups.
• Maintain checkout area cleanliness and organization.
• Resolve customer issues and escalate to management when needed.
• Support at Self Checkout and on the sales floor as required.
