The State of Arizona’s Department of Economic Security, Division of Benefits and Medical Eligibility, is seeking a Benefits and Eligibility Manager at the San Luis Field Office. This in-office role leads professional staff, directs multiple programs, and ensures service delivery aligns with policy while supporting Arizonans’ needs.

Ideal candidates will have two years of supervisory experience in eligibility work, strong leadership, and the ability to coordinate training and statewide planning

Qualificações

• Two years of supervisory level experience performing eligibility work.
• Background and reference checks; employment is contingent upon completion of background checks and required verifications (E-Verify).
• Driver’s license may be required if driving is an essential function of the job.

Responsabilidades

• Supervise subordinate supervisors and staff, directing daily work activities.
• Set performance levels and monitor outcomes for quality and timeliness.
• Participate in statewide service delivery planning and program implementation.
• Implement new program services and analyze data to advise on changes.
• Attend meetings and serve on advisory committees to improve eligibility services.
• Provide technical guidance and training based on program rules and research.
