The Department of Economic Security (DES) in Glendale is seeking an Eligibility Interviewer to determine eligibility for Nutrition, Medical, and Cash Assistance for Arizonans. This on-site position requires strong customer service, data entry, and multi-tasking in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients in-person and by telephone in a fast-paced office.
• Attend paid classroom training with on-the-job training.
• Provide excellent customer service to individuals and families facing challenges.
• Collect information to determine eligibility for Medical, Nutrition, and Cash Assistance.
• Enter data and complete interviews across multiple screens while talking with clients.
• Adhere to agency standards measured by metrics, attendance, and timeliness.
