Uline, a family-owned company and North America's leading distributor of shipping, industrial, and packaging materials, is seeking a Benefits Coordinator to help employees maximize their benefits and understand their coverage. This on-site role supports open enrollment and benefits communications across the organization.

You will collaborate with HR teams and vendors to deliver health, retirement and wellness programs, requiring a Bachelor's degree and 1+ years in HR or office settings; Spanish

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in communications, human resources, business or related field.
• 1+ years of relevant experience in an HR or office environment.
• Detail-oriented with strong writing and organizational skills.
• Experience with Word, Excel and HRIS (Workday preferred).
• Bilingual (Spanish) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a trusted resource for employees, providing guidance on benefits programs and answering questions about coverage.
• Partner with internal teams and vendors to develop and deliver clear, engaging communications that help employees make the most of their benefits.
• Support open enrollment, wellness initiatives and benefits education sessions for employees.
• Work closely with HR teams and vendors to deliver health, retirement and wellness programs.
