Team Select Home Care seeks a Benefits Assistant to provide frontline support for health and wellness benefits, 401(k) plans, and leave administration. You will handle enrollment processing, ensure compliance with FMLA and ACA rules, and educate staff on available benefits.

The role emphasizes accuracy, confidentiality, and strong service orientation in a high-volume environment. You will report to the Benefits Manager and collaborate with multiple teams to resolve inquiries, reconcile invoices,

Qualifications

• 1+ year of benefits or HR experience required.
• Basic benefits administration knowledge.
• Solid written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Handles confidential information with discretion.
• Communicates with employees at all levels.
• Uses independent judgment for routine decisions.
• Educates employees on medical, dental, vision, life and 401(k) benefits.
• Maintains knowledge of leaves including FMLA and state leaves.
• Processes benefit enrollments, terminations, and life events.
• Understands ACA periods and administration timelines.
• Assists with monthly invoice reconciliation and data auditing.
• Other duties as assigned.
