Kilroy Realty Corporation is seeking a Senior Manager, Benefits & Compliance to lead the U.S. benefits program, ensure regulatory filings, and drive audit readiness across multiple states.

This role partners with the VP and other leaders to shape strategy while blending hands‑on execution in design, budgeting, and vendor management. The position reports to the SVP, Head of People and emphasizes high‑touch employee support, SOP governance, and proactive risk management in a fast‑paced

Qualifications

• 6 to 8 years of progressive experience leading U.S. benefits programs in a corporate environment.
• Deep knowledge of U.S. benefits and leave programs.
• Extensive experience with high‑touch leave of absence administration.
• Exceptional attention to detail with strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Highly organized with strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
• Expert in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); proficient in extractions / reporting from HRIS.
• Strong analytical, problem solving and research skills.
• Clear written and verbal communication: you can explain a complex leave situation to an employee who has never heard the word FMLA.

Responsabilités

• Provide input and guide the direction of U.S. employee benefit programs, ensuring offerings are competitive, relevant, and aligned with company values.
• Actively participate in benefit plan design decisions including plan structures, coverage tiers, employer/employee contributions, eligibility rules, and program enhancements.
• Evaluate employee utilization, feedback, and market benchmarks to recommend improvements to benefit offerings.
• Partner with brokers and consultants to assess emerging benefit trends and innovations.
• Document and maintain SOPs and ensure SOPs are updated on a regular basis.
