Job summary

Creative Artists Agency is seeking a Department Assistant to support Benefits, Compensation and Member Services with high-level administrative duties. The role requires handling calendars, meetings, travel, and confidential materials while delivering exceptional service to Members.

The position is based in Los Angeles with a minimum of four days in the office, offering an hourly base pay of $28.00–$33.00 and opportunities to grow in compensation and benefits operations.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree or equivalent experience required.
• 1-3+ years in admin support, preferably with executives.
• Demonstrated ability to handle confidential documents and data.

Responsibilities

• Manages calendars and phones for assigned executives, schedules meetings and reserves rooms.
• Handles internal/external meeting requests and adjusts to changing priorities.
• Plans travel, processes expenses, and coordinates team logistics.
• Responds to inquiries from Members and HR questions on benefits/compensation.
• Provides occasional in-person support to Global SVP of Compensation and Benefits.
• Prepares reports, charts, budgets, and presentations using Office and Workday.
• Maintains files, archives, and version control; ensures accuracy and timeliness.
