Job summary

Zenith American Solutions is seeking a Customer Care Advocate to support participants, beneficiaries, and providers with eligibility, benefits, and claims status. This role emphasizes accuracy and courteous service within a union-backed environment.

You will maintain plan knowledge, document inquiries, and assist with enrollments, correspondence, and regulatory communications while upholding privacy and compliance standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Six months of experience in customer service, TPA processing, or benefits administration.
• Clear written and verbal communication.
• Proficient MS Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Maintains current knowledge of assigned Plan(s) and applies it in all job functions.
• Provides written, verbal, or face-to-face customer service by responding to inquiries and documenting actions.
• Updates files, including system notes of conversations or actions taken.
• Processes enrollments and updates member information in applicable systems.
• Distributes communications related to regulatory requirements.
• Initiates action requests to departments for adjustments to claims, retirement, or eligibility and follows up.
• Researches and resolves complex issues and irregularities.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
