Seltzer Group Partners located in Bethlehem is looking for a Benefits Broker Intern for the Fall Semester. This position offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the employee benefits industry while supporting our sales and service teams. You will be involved in client relationship management and benefit administration.
The ideal candidate is detail-oriented and currently pursuing a relevant degree, with strong organizational skills and excellent communication abilities. This part-time, paid internship allows for 10-20 hours per week.

The Benefits Broker Intern (Fall Semester) will gain hands‑on experience in the employee benefits industry while supporting the sales, service, and operations teams. This internship provides exposure to health and welfare benefits, client relationship management, compliance topics, carrier interactions, and benefits technology platforms. The ideal candidate is detail‑oriented, professional, eager to learn, and interested in insurance, human resources, business, or healthcare administration.
