Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a relevant degree in Business, Human Resources, Insurance & Risk Management, or related field.
• Interest in employee benefits, insurance brokerage, HR, or healthcare.
• Customer service or office support experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist with preparation of client presentations and proposals.
• Support account managers with client service requests.
• Research carrier plans and benefits trends.
• Maintain accurate client records and documentation.
