Therapy Partners of North Texas is seeking a friendly medical receptionist for our outpatient orthopedic clinics. This role handles benefits verification, authorizations, patient check-in/out, data entry, and payments, with evening availability for part-time hours.

You will communicate with clinic staff and patients, maintain EMR accuracy, and support a patient-centered front office in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required or equivalent experience.
• Strong telephone, communication and organizational skills.
• Experience in medical front office is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Verifying insurance benefits for all plans.
• Submitting and tracking authorizations.
• Communicating with clinic staff, billing office, and patients.
• Data entry and record-keeping.
• Verifying current personal and financial information.
• Maintaining patient charts and electronic medical records.
• Collecting, posting, and depositing patient payments.
• eFaxing, e-filing, and performing other duties as assigned.
