Job summary

Therapy Partners of North Texas is hiring a Full-Time and/or Part-Time [evening] Medical Receptionist to join our outpatient orthopedic clinics in the Greater North Dallas Area. You will support benefits verification, authorizations, and patient interactions while maintaining charts and coordinating with the billing office.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of medical front office experience, specifically benefits and authorizations.
• Excellent telephone skills and communication.
• Proficient with Word and Excel; ability to manage patient information.
• Flexible hours and strong time management.
• Team oriented with customer service focus.

Responsibilities

• Verify insurance benefits for all insurances.
• Submit and track authorizations.
• Communicate with clinic staff, billing, and patients.
• Verify current personal and financial information.
• Maintain patient charts and electronic medical records.
• Collect, post, and deposit patient payments.
• Perform eFaxing and eFiling, plus other duties as assigned.
