Bring 5+ years in a general role, a proven track record as a mid-level Benefits Administrator, and a history of improving processes. Equity participation and mentorship from senior leaders are included.

Qualificações

• 5+ years hands-on experience in a general role.
• Proven track record delivering results as a mid-level Benefits Administrator.
• History of leaving general processes better than you found them.
• Judgment to distinguish a fire drill from an actual fire.
• Proven follow-through, measured in shipped things rather than good intentions.
• 4+ years steering general projects end to end.
• 5 years that taught you which corners can be cut.

Responsabilidades

• Onboard, mentor, and guide newer team members when called upon.
• Push back, respectfully, when a Teamwork shortcut will cost us later.
• Respond to internal and external requests in a timely, professional manner.
• Carry general knowledge that doesn't live in any wiki yet.
• Keep Nordstrom leadership honest with numbers they can act on.
• Turn 3 of pattern recognition into faster general calls.
• Field curveballs from Vancouver clients without losing the thread.
