InterSystems, a Boston-based data technology provider, seeks a Benefits and Compensation Team Lead to administer competitive programs and ensure regulatory compliance. The role focuses on leveraging AI and analytics to optimize compensation, benefits, and leave management in partnership with global HR teams.
The ideal candidate has 10+ years in benefits/compensation, expertise in ERISA, IRS, DOL audits, and Workday, with certifications such as CEBS/CCP/GRP/SHRM-SCP.
The Benefits and Compensation Team Lead is responsible for administering and guiding the Company’s benefits and compensation programs and ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations. The position is directly responsible for ensuring operational excellence with all benefit and compensation plans. Also ensures compliance, market competitiveness, and the sustainability of compensation, benefits, and leaves of absence through strong collaboration and partnership with employees, managers, executives, and the global Human Resources team.
