Job summary

Voya Financial in Minneapolis is seeking motivated analytics interns to join the Employee Benefits team for the summer. The Intern will gain hands-on experience in distribution, product, underwriting, finance, and operations while supporting initiatives that drive revenue growth and improve sales effectiveness.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a bachelor's degree in business, Finance, Economics, or related field
• Dependable, quick learner who is independent and works well with others
• Strong analytical, written communication and organizational skills
• Microsoft Office proficiency and experience with Tableau preferred
• Knowledge of finance, insurance industry, investment fields, insurance products or operations is helpful but not mandatory
• Strong work ethics and organizational skills

Responsibilities

• Manage several ongoing tasks and projects for various managers
• Conduct market and industry research, data collection, consolidation and reporting
• Prepare presentations and reports for leadership on key findings and recommendations
• Collaborate to prepare analyses and reports for internal management
• Assist with special projects and documentation efforts
• Attend and contribute to meetings
• Provide administrative assistance
• Other duties as assigned
