You will help with claims projections, benchmarking, and renewal analysis under guidance from senior strategists. You will perform financial analytics, data reporting, and contribute to client deliverables, while developing proficiency in funding models, carrier dynamics, and self‑funded plans.

Qualifications

• Active Life & Health License.
• 3+ years relevant experience.
• Basic financial modeling.
• Understanding of funding models + carrier dynamics.
• Core understanding of self-funded plans.

Responsibilities

• Supports benefit strategy through financial analytics, reporting and modeling.
• Executes claims reporting, data warehouse and utilization reporting, contribution modeling, benchmarking, stop‑loss analysis, GeoAccess and renewal projections.
• Supports Financial Strategists on complex analytics and client deliverables.
• Conducts market research and funding analysis to support strategic recommendations.
• Mentors junior analysts and leads small projects.
