Qualifications

• Minimum three years progressively responsible experience in human resources or related field.
• Bachelor’s degree with major coursework in HR management, personnel management, public or business administration, or related degree.

• Turn data into insights by analyzing benefit trends, costs, and utilization to identify opportunities for improvement.
