The ideal candidate has a finance-related bachelor's degree and 1–3 years of office/financial support experience, with strong analytical, written and verbal communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance, mathematics or related area preferred.
• 1–3 years of office administrative/financial support experience essential.
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
• Must possess strong analytical and problem solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Maintains a high level of professionalism when working with clients and vendors.
• HIPAA compliance knowledge or training.

Responsibilities

• Obtain and analyze group benefit program proposals for clients.
• Analyze bids for group health and welfare coverage and perform benchmarking research.
• Develop detailed client reports and provide financial analysis for multiple clients.
• Support Senior Benefit Analysts and department initiatives.
