Responsibilities

• Analyze benefits costs and market trends to ensure competitiveness.
• Monitor legislative changes affecting health and welfare plans.
• Administer Avient's Leave of Absence Program.
• Respond to HR inquiries about benefit programs and maintain the HR email box.
