Job Description
About the Opportunity

The Benefits & 401(k) Analyst administers Solaris Energy's employee benefits and 401(k) programs and serves as the primary point of contact for benefits-related inquiries for employees based in Houston. The role also acts as a resource to field-based HR representatives who support benefits for the broader employee population, providing structure and consistency across a decentralized HR support model. This position works closely with Payroll to ensure benefits deductions and 401(k) contributions are processed accurately and transmitted on time.

Essential Functions

  • Transmit contribution and census files to Empower on schedule each pay cycle, including new-hire eligibility feeds and deferral change files.
