The firm also supports individual and collective giving through Crown Family Philanthropies and offers traditional family office services across generations. The Benefits Analyst supports the administration, analysis, and ongoing improvement of the company’s health and retirement benefit programs. This role partners closely with internal teams, external vendors, Crown Family households, and small businesses to support benefit audits, billing and funding processes, coverage comparisons, and individual health plan needs assessments. The Analyst also provides cross‑functional administrative support for retirement plans (401(k), pension, SERP, non‑qualified plans) and health benefits (insurance, FSA, HSA, voluntary benefits). Strong attention to detail, a service‑oriented mindset, and the ability to prepare benefits‑related analysis using data tools, including artificial intelligence and the company’s data warehouse, are essential.
The starting salary range is $75,000 – $82,000. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location.
