Responsible for the administration and coordination of employee benefit programs, including health, dental, vision, life insurance, disability, retirement plans, wellness programs, and leave administration. This position serves as a primary resource for employees regarding benefits-related questions and ensures compliance with applicable federal and state regulations.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
High attention to detail and accuracy.
Strong organizational and administrative skills.
Understanding of ACA, COBRA, HIPAA, ERISA, FMLA, and related laws.
Knowledge of employee benefits regulations and compliance requirements.
Excellent customer skills in dealing with employees and group presentations
Strong administrative skills; accuracy, organization, and utmost confidentiality
Minimum of 2 years of benefits administration or human resources experience.
Experience with HRIS systems and benefit enrollment systems preferred.
Experience with leave administration preferred.
