Qualifications

• Be an advisor to business owners and HR representatives to plan supplemental insurance coverage.
• Prior sales experience is welcome but not required.
• On-the-job training is built into onboarding.

Responsibilities

• Sales presentations, B2B management, enrollment and education on insurance products.
• Provide strategic and executable solutions to clients.
• Lead marketing strategy and lead generation efforts.
• Manage customer relationships and service delivery for business owners.
• Lead and develop customer relationships and partnerships.
• Leverage benefits expertise as enroller and counselor.
• Maintain state insurance licensing where required.
