You’ll work directly with employers to expand employee benefit options while solving key issues many companies face. This position is not salaried; earnings come from commissions, bonuses, residual income, and stock.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Authorized to work in the US without current or future employer sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Communicate the value of AFLAC’s products & services.
• Generate sales via networking, referrals & cold calls.
• Educate employees on benefit options & support enrollment needs.
• Provide claims support to new & existing clients.
