Job summary

Aflac is seeking motivated individuals to support our growing sales team in a hybrid role serving the Lansing or Grand Rapids area. You will work with employers to expand employee benefit options and help solve common issues they face, earning commissions and stock-based incentives as an independent agent.

This is not a salaried position; agents operate as independent contractors and earn commissions, bonuses, renewals, and stock while building growth in a dynamic sales environment.

Requirements:

• Must be at Least 18 Years Old
• Authorized to Work in the US w/out Need of Current or Future Employer-Sponsored Work Authorization
