Qualifications

• Proficiency with Word, Excel, and Outlook is helpful.
• 1–2 years related office experience preferred.
• Prior benefits experience is preferred, but not required.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail with ability to think critically and solve problems.
• Ability to identify inconsistencies and troubleshoot complex information.

Responsibilities

• Billing and administrative functions of Active, Retiree and COBRA benefits plans.
• Process enrollments, update carriers, handle status changes, and document insurability and carrier follow-ups.
• Analyze, interpret, and troubleshoot data across multiple systems to ensure accuracy and resolve discrepancies.
