The Benefits Administrator serves as Penn Mutual's primary administrator for leave of absence and disability programs while supporting the day-to-day administration of the Company's health, welfare, and retirement benefit programs. This role is responsible for coordinating FMLA, disability, state leave programs, parental leave, and related leave programs; guiding employees through complex and sensitive leave situations; reconciling benefit plan contributions and vendor invoices; and serving as a trusted resource for employee benefits inquiries. The ideal candidate possesses deep knowledge of leave administration, strong benefits operations expertise, exceptional customer service skills, and hands-on Workday benefits administration experience.
Base Salary Range - $65,000 - $75.000
