Phipps Houses is seeking a Benefits Administrator to join our NYC HR team. This on-site role supports medical, dental, vision, life, FSA/HSA and other programs, coordinates with vendors, and handles open enrollment processes. Ideal candidates have 3–5 years in benefits administration, strong Excel/Word skills, and experience with UKG HRIS or Kronos.
A2-year degree is required; a Bachelor's is preferred. US work authorization is essential.

Salary Range: $67,000 to $78,000 (base salary commensurate with education, training and experience**) plus year end discretionary bonus
This is an on-site role based at our Main Office in NYC.

Up to date knowledge of all pertinent federal and state regulations, filing and compliance requirements both adopted and pending affecting employee benefit programs, including ERISA, COBRA, FMLA, PFL, ADA, Section 125, Workers’ Compensation, Medicare, Social Security and DOL requirements
A minimum of 3 years experience in benefit administration is required for lower end salary range and 5 or more years for upper range.
