USI Insurance Services in Center Square, PA is seeking an entry‑level benefits administrator to support Team Leaders and service teams. You will handle daily client inquiries, assist with enrollment, renewals, and BOR letters, and liaise with carriers to ensure accurate plan design and rate information.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma (Bachelor’s degree helpful) and a willingness to learn about benefit plans. Proficiency in MS Excel and data management is expected as part of the role.

Qualifikationen

• Entry level position; 1 year of employee benefits experience preferred.
• High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree a plus.
• Familiar with benefit plans; eager to learn new concepts and develop professionally.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Excel; data entry, formatting and formulas.

Aufgaben

• Provide day-to-day customer service to carriers, internal staff and brokers; assist with claims and billing issues.
• Review, compile and prepare group information for large group RFPs.
• Follow up with carriers on requests for quotes and plan changes.
• Provide internal staff with follow-up communications and approvals for Brokers on enrollment issues.
• Prepare and amend large group spreadsheets as assigned.
• Coordinate with team members to ensure service and turnaround times meet standards.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with carriers and internal staff.
