Job summary

Morgan Corp. is seeking a detail-driven and proactive Benefit Specialist to support employees and manage benefits programs. In this role, you will oversee administration, compliance, and management of employee benefits and retirement plans, ensuring accuracy and regulatory compliance.

You will handle inquiries, manage leaves, and lead Open Enrollment activities while collaborating with HR leadership to enhance benefit processes. This position requires a Bachelor's degree and 3–5 years of relevant experience.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in AP, human resources, benefit administration, or insurance.
• Strong knowledge of employee benefits, retirement plans, and compliance.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and deadline-driven.

Responsibilities

• Administer all employee benefit programs, including medical, dental, vision, life, and retirement plans.
• Perform weekly and monthly benefit uploads and reconciliations.
• Provide employee support by responding to benefit inquiries and resolving issues.
