Job summary

Frost Insurance Agency is seeking an Employee Benefits Account Manager to serve as the main contact for employee benefits clients. You will coordinate renewals, analyze policy details, and guide clients through enrollment meetings on-site or at client locations.

The role requires a license or the ability to obtain within 90 days, 3+ years in insurance/healthcare/HR, and strong communication skills. Frost offers comprehensive benefits and a supportive, legacy-rich environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in insurance, healthcare, or HR (or 1+ year with Bachelor's)
• Texas General Lines Agent License: Life, Accident, Health and HMO or obtain within 90 days
• Manage accounts up to $500,000 revenue and up to $10,000 annual commissions
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Proficient in Microsoft applications

Responsibilities

• Lead census collection for renewal and quote preparation for assigned accounts
• Review client/policy information to prepare RFPs
• Present findings and recommendations to clients and Producers
• Review certificates of coverage and policy materials for accuracy
• Research and resolve participant related matters
• Explain plan administration requirements and regulatory compliance (ACA, HIPAA)
• Maintain knowledge of healthcare changes and state/federal regulations
• Oversee internal invoicing processes
• Conduct client consultations and enrollment meetings on-site or at their business
• Act with integrity, caring, and excellence to achieve win-win outcomes
