Job summary

HUB International is seeking a Benefits Account Manager to join our Employee Benefits Insurance team. You will serve Benefits clients, lead pre-renewal, renewal and enrollment processes, and be a resource on daily service needs and market conditions.

The role requires strong customer service, bilingual ability (English/Spanish helpful), and obtaining a Texas Life & Health license within 60 days of employment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of employee benefits experience including group medical, dental, vision, life, disability and ancillary products.
• Experience with self-funded plans is a plus.
• Strong customer service skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Proficient in Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams and Adobe; BenefitPoint/ImageRight helpful.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish is helpful.
• Texas General Lines Life & Health license required within 60 days of employment.

Responsibilities

• Lead pre-renewal, renewal and enrollment processes for benefits clients.
• Serve as a resource on daily service needs, market conditions and regulatory changes.
• Document activity timely in agency management systems.
• Collaborate with Account Managers, Account Executives, Coordinators, Marketing Analysts and consultants to ensure service quality.

Summary

We are currently seeking a Benefits Account Manager to join our Employee Benefits Insurance team. You will be responsible for serving Benefits clients, including both client companies and their employees. Working within a service team of Account Managers, Account Executives, Account Coordinators, Marketing Analysts, and others, along with consultants/sales producers, the Benefits Account Manager plays a key role in delivering a client experience that achieves the quality and service standards developed by the agency.

The Benefits Account Manager is responsible for leading pre-renewal, renewal and enrollment processes and serving as a resource to clients on daily service needs, current market conditions, and regulatory changes. The position also requires timely and accurate documentation in agency management systems.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of employee benefits experience, to include group medical, dental, vision, life, disability, and ancillary products
• Experience with self-funded plan a plus
• Well versed in customer service
• Excellent verbal and written communications
• Proficient in computer software applications such as Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams, and Adobe. Experience with BenefitPoint ImageRight helpful
• Bilingual in English and Spanish helpful
• This position requires a Texas General Lines Life & Health insurance license, to be obtained within sixty days of employment and maintained throughout employment.
