Job summary

Alera Group in San Antonio, Texas is seeking an Account Coordinator to support Employee Benefits clients with proactive service, accurate benefits administration, and a high-touch experience. You'll partner with internal teams to deliver compliant, competitive benefits programs and help clients navigate enrollments, renewals, and inquiries.

Qualifications

• 0-2 years of experience in an administrative or support role, preferably in Benefits Administration or Human Resources.
• Basic finance/economics understanding.
• Life & Health License (or obtained within first 90 days of employment).
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and prioritize a task list on a regular basis as directed.
• Provide support to SRM office and assist with client service cycles, renewals, and inquiries.
• Study and apply SRM resources and tools to maximize efficiency in client deliverables.
• Establish positive relationships within the office.
• Assist with RFP preparation, coordinate vendor responses, and support client presentations.
• Communicate effectively in enrollments, calls, and email correspondence.
