Qualifications

  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Customer service or insurance industry experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Support Account Managers with day-to-day servicing of employee benefits accounts.
  • Assist with annual renewals, open enrollment activities, census preparation, and new business implementations.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and client-related materials.
  • Maintain accurate client and carrier information within agency systems.
  • Create and distribute client communications and benefit materials.
  • Collaborate with Producers, Account Managers, carriers, and clients to ensure a high level of service.
  • Track reporting and account activity to support client retention and growth.
  • Assist with data entry, documentation, and policy administration.
  • Contribute to a positive team environment focused on client success.

As part of our team, you'll work alongside experienced Account Managers and Producers, helping clients navigate their benefit programs while gaining exposure to renewals, open enrollment, reporting, and ongoing account management.

What You'll Do
