Job summary

TEKsystems is seeking a Benefit Specialist for a fully remote role in the United States. You will assist patients with navigating benefit investigations and prior authorizations, ensuring accurate documentation and smooth processing of records.

You will deliver compassionate support, helping patients access complex medications and related financial assistance resources. The role emphasizes outbound outreach, inbound status checks, detailed documentation, and collaboration with providers.

Qualifications

• Experience working from home and outbound call experience.
• Experience speaking to payers and understanding benefit processes.
• Internet speed confirmed and secure workplace.
• Experience with call monitoring and QA review of calls.
• Experience learning new systems and patient services/call center environment.

Responsibilities

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $19.85/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
