Wright Physical Therapy is seeking a detail-oriented Front Office Insurance Verifications Specialist to join their Idaho team. You will verify benefits, manage patient data in the EMR, and handle authorizations to support efficient patient care.

Qualifications

• Experience in healthcare, medical office, or insurance verification preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy with data entry.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Comfortable working with multiple software systems and databases.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively with team members.

Responsibilities

• Verify patient insurance benefits and eligibility
• Enter and manage patient information within company systems
• Prepare required patient documentation prior to evaluations
• Support front office teams with insurance and authorization questions
• Track and monitor patient authorizations as required by insurance plans
• Communicate insurance benefit information to patients and team when needed
• Share updates with the team on insurance changes, policies, and processes
• Support ongoing improvements to systems and workflows
• Assist with insurance re-verification when needed
• Perform audits to ensure accuracy and compliance with verification and authorization processes
