This role is primarily responsible for administering various employee benefits programs such as health insurance, retirement plans, disability coverage, life insurance, and wellness programs. The role requires collaboration with benefits vendors and third-party administrators to ensure accurate processing of benefit-related transactions and serving as a point of contact for employees regarding benefit-related inquiries and claims issues.

Responsible for generating insightful reports, identifying trends, and providing data-driven recommendations to enhance the hospital's HR operations and support decision-making in order to optimize workforce planning, talent management, and overall employee satisfaction.
Essential Functions
-Gather, validate, and maintain human resources data from various sources, including HRIS, employee surveys, and performance evaluations.
-Develop and maintain regular HR reports and interactive dashboards to provide HR metrics to hospital management and key stakeholders.
-Present findings in a clear and concise manner.
-Collaborate with HR recruiters to improve the recruitment process, including candidate sourcing, applicant tracking, and selection strategies.
-Participate in salary surveys, analyze compensation data, and benchmark the hospital's compensation packages to ensure competitiveness within the industry.
-Assist in the administration of performance management processes, including setting goals, tracking performance, and providing data for performance evaluations.
-Ensure HR practices, policies, and procedures comply with legal requirements and hospital regulations.
-Identify training needs, assist in developing training programs, and evaluate their effectiveness to support employee growth and development.
