The Family Support Division (FSD), Child Support Office is seeking candidates for the position of Benefit Program Technician. This role is based at the St. Charles County Child Support Office located at 3737 Truman Blvd., St. Charles, MO.
As a Benefit Program Technician, you will serve Missouri residents by assessing their child support needs through phone calls and in-person interactions. You will assist them in establishing paternity orders and managing child support payments. This position offers a consistent, structured work schedule and a generous leave benefit to promote work/life balance.
Your daily responsibilities will include answering questions related to our programs and resources, distributing information, scanning and indexing received documents, and entering data into our computer systems. This role provides a rewarding opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of Missourians.
Qualifications for success include at least 4 years of customer service experience or a Bachelor’s Degree. The ideal candidate should be personable, compassionate, non-judgmental, and possess excellent customer service and typing skills, with attention to detail.
